A PAYMENT OF 50% IS DUE 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ANY INVOICE.

WE OFFER FOUR TYPES OF CATERING SERVICES

(1.) DELIVERY / PICK-UP 

  • The customer can pick up their order from our business location or we’ll deliver it to your location. Customer will be charged our current delivery charge rate of ($2.55) per mile from our business location. 

(2). DELIVERY & SET UP FOR BUFFET 

 

  • The company will deliver your food, set-up all entrees for buffet style and instruct the customer on the remaining portions of the food. Customer will be charged a fee of ($99.00) for the set-up and all disposable equipment provided. Customer also will be charged our current delivery charge rate of ($2.55) per mile from our business location.

 

       

(3). DELIVERY, SET-UP & SERVE ENTR'EES 

  • The company will deliver your food, set-up all entrees and serve the food. We'll break down, clean and remove all equipment after the event. Customer will be charged a fee of ($99.00) for the set-up and a additional fee based on Servers and serving time. Customer also will be charged our current delivery charge rate of ($2.55) per mile from our business location.

    • ​​First Server rate per hour: ($45.00)

       

    • Additional server rate per hour: ($25.00) each.

 

  • The number of people being served will determine how many servers are needed. For every (40) count an additional server is needed. (No Exceptions) 

(4). DELIVERY, SET-UP, PREPARE ON SITE, & SERVE ENTR'EES 

  • The company will arrive at your location. Set up all cooking equipment, cook and identify serving areas.  Set-up all entrees and serve the food. We'll break down, clean and remove all equipment after the event. Customer will be charged an cook on site fee and a additional fee based on Servers and serving time. Customer also will be charged our current delivery charge rate of ($2.55) per mile from our business location.​​

  • Cook on site fee: ($125.00)

  • First Server rate per hour: ($45.00)

 

  • Additional server rate per hour: ($25.00) each. 

  • The number of people being served will determine how many servers are needed. For every (40) count an additional server is needed. (No Exceptions) 

 

​ Cancellation Policy 

 ALL  CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE  CHARGE OF 20 PERCENT TO BE DEDUCTUED FROM THE DEPOSIT.

 Note  

  OUR CATERING SERVICES & FOOD MOBILE UNIT RENTALS ARE TWO DIFFERENT SERVICES.   ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY WHEN COMBINED.
