Position: Cashier/Prep  

Hours: 20-25 hours per week  

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour  

  

Driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Requirements:  

  • Effective communication and people skills.

  • Be able to learn how to use our POS system.

  • Be able to count money at a fast place when needed.

  • Be able to make plates in accordance with our procedures.

  • Must understand and follow all company policies.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting company objectives.

Position Overview:  

The cashier/prepping position will be responsible for working at all cashier windows. At carryout, at catering events and on all mobile food units. They must be able to take orders, by reading, understanding and preparing the orders in a timely manner. Light baking and some computer skills are required.

Hiring: Part-Time   

Position: Cook/Prep  

Hours: 20-25 hours per week  

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

  • Be able to complete all logs and paperwork updated.

  • Effective communication and people skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting company quota.

  • Must be able to follow our process in preparation of food.

  • Learn policy and procedure.

  • Assist with cashiering/Prepping as needed.

Position Overview:  

The cook will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing, and cooking all meats. To include frying fish. The cook must keep all cooking equipment clean and stored in the proper location. Assist at station (2) as needed. The cook must be able to read and follow recipes. Must have a supporting all collaborative attitude. Must be able to understand how to maintain and keep quota as needed for RTE Food.

Position: Event/Catering & Mobile Unit Specialist  

Hours: 20-25 hours per week  

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour, with quarterly performance incentives  

Requirements:  

  • Valid West Virginia driver’s license.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and social media.

  • Effective communication and people skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting company objectives.

  • Training Event Helpers.

  • Initiative-taking, purposeful, and comfortable handling rejection.

Position Overview:  

The Event/Catering & Mobile Unit Specialist must be able to plan, coordinate, promote, and execute company events and mobile services operations. This role involves promoting services, meeting with prospective partners, and selling company products while ensuring smooth execution of both small and large-scale events. They must have great organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Promote company services and products to potential clients and partners.

  • Meet with prospective partners and assist in securing new business.

  • Plan, coordinate, promote and execute all small and large events.

  • Ensure personnel are ready and trained as needed for all events and mobile service operations.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft and Excel   

  • Always represent the company professionally

Hiring: Full-Time  

Position: Assistant Store Manager  

Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week  

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour, with quarterly performance incentives  

Requirements:  

  • Valid West Virginia driver’s license  

  • Current Food Manager Certification from the State of West Virginia, or the ability to obtain one within three (3) months.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable food service management experience  

  • Proven ability to build, lead, and manage a cohesive team.

Position Overview:  

Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and must be capable of managing every aspect of company operations. This includes catering and carryout services, mobile food operations, event-lot rentals, and Hip Camp operations.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee daily operations across all business divisions.

  • Ensure all employees are trained and follow the standard Operating Procedures, policies, and company HACCP plans.

  • Schedule and supervise all employees, including event helpers.

  • Hire, train, motivate, reward, discipline, and terminate employees as needed.

  • Schedule, monitor, and submit employee work hours.

  • Order, receive, track, and manage all inventory.

  • Ensure all permits, licenses, and local and state taxes are current and completed (monthly/yearly)  

  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel effectively.

  • Create, promote, and manage content across our social media platforms.

  • Implement training programs and follow up to ensure compliance and performance.

  • Report directly to the owners.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Owners

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour  

Paid Daily  

Taxes: 1099 Yearly

  • Collaborate well with other team members.

  • Work only when you are available!

  • Able to follow instructions.

Position Overview:  

Event Helpers will be responsible for working on different events. To include catering, Mobile or company event. They will be a cashier, serve and make a plate. Follow instructions from event leader during events. Load, unload and clean equipment as needed. This position gives you the  

flexibility to work when you are available and still maintain your full-time job. Great Opportunity.

  • Be on time.

  • Work catering, mobile and company events.

  • Complete the job.

  • Be a people person.

  • Cashier, make plates and Clean.
